Hello everyone, it's nine o'clock in the evening here in England at the moment, so I'll be going to bed soon I'm pretty tired! I haven't really ate much today, well compared to my normal diet haha, I ate the following:
1 Banana
Handful of dried apricots
White grapes
2 baby clementines
1 pint Smoothie: Strawbs, Banana, Blueberries and 2 tbsp flax seed mix
I'm feeling great, full of energy and can't wait for tomorrow. At the moment I weigh in at 152 lbs :( 10 stone 12, but hopefully that figure is going to decrease :P
